1973 Jaguar V12 E type 2+2 Coupe in Primrose Yellow with full black hide interior. This is a nice honest example with no signs of rust anywhere on the vehicle and it comes with a thick history file with numerous service invoices and many expired MOT certificates showing that it has covered only minimal mileage in the last 25 years. There are also a number of invoices from 1998 & 1999 for both an engine and gearbox rebuild and a new stainless steel exhaust system from CJB Jaguar Specialists, Colin Bowler, who later became Racing Green Jaguar. The car was purchased by the long term UK owner in 1995 and was maintained by his son who is a Jaguar technician and remembers the car well. He kept the car for 20 years, eventually selling it to his German business partner, and as far as we can tell, it has been in dry storage for the intervening period. We recently purchased this car from a classic car garage in Switzerland in exchange for a left hand drive Series II E type that we had previously taken in part exchange. The car drives extremely well and comes with a fresh mot certificate with no advisories. This represents a very inexpensive route into the ownersip of an E type that can undoubtedly be enjoyed in the coming summer months. Something of a bargain at £49,950
