This gorgeous DS was first registered in Switzerland on 25th October 1961. In 2007, the Citroen, then showing 52’254 kilometres, was taken over by the vendor, he himself a dyed-in-the-wool Citroen enthusiast. Over the following six years he completely restored and overhauled the car, maintaining the highest possible level of originality, with the only exception being the hydraulic system which was changed from the red LHS to the modern green LHM hydraulic liquid. A photographic documentation of all the work is available. With now roughly 64’000 kilometres driven, the DS is in very good condition with the engine running smoothly and the gearbox with its automatic clutch shifting faultlessly. The last veteran MOT was completed in July 2021.
